A Bit About Me
My fitness journey started 6 years ago when I walked in to a functional fitness gym for the first time. Sports and fitness had been my passion and I had built a career coaching them, but this was different and I was instantly hooked on the movements, techniques, community, and results functional fitness gave me.
Fast forward to today and I still have the same enthusiasm and energy towards training and now competing, however I have also had the the privilege of teaching others and gaining coaching experience in fitness, strength and gymnastics along the way.

Armstrong Functional Fitness will guide and support you on your journey. Whether that is to live a healthier and happier lifestyle or a very specific competition skill. Everybody is unique, with their own goals in mind. My method is to build custom plans and run group classes based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your mindset and give you the tools to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and fitness.
